At Vaalbraais, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in our handmade craftsmanship and quality materials, but if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return, repair, or exchange. Proof of purchase and clear photographs of the issue will help speed up the process. Returns must be unused and in the original packaging.

Custom-made products and special orders may not be eligible for return unless defective. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied. For any assistance, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help.
